After hearing Mom and Ashley talk about making homemade ice cream last week, Ashley and I decided to break out the ice cream maker here. The first batch we made didn't turn out at all. It was like whipped cream! The second one, we didn't let turn so long and it was PERFECT. It was a little slice of heaven...or a bowl of heaven, I guess! I forgot how good homemade ice cream tasted!
