Here is the view from outside the hospital. I spent most of the day in PawPaw's room sitting with Grandma. He had an episode where his heart rhythm went into A fib Friday evening and formed a blood clot. The clot then went to his brain and caused him to have a mini-stroke. There doesn't seem to be any permanent damage, though is speech is very impaired today. We are thankful that he didn't end up going home yesterday, though! The doctor's say that with a course of blood thinners that the clot will dissolve and his stroke symptoms will improve. We are hoping for that to happen very soon!
