Ally has wanted it to snow so bad just so she could make a snow angel. She went to bed hoping that it would snow, so she could make one this morning. There was BARELY enough loose snow so that they could make snow angels. It had mostly turned into ice by this morning. She was happy with her snow angel so that's all that matters!!
